Plumber and gas fitter in Bentley
A lot of rental stock and student housing, so the work is maintenance-led: taps that have been dripping for a year, toilets that never quite stop, hot water units run to failure. We report to owners and agents in plain English with photos.

15 to 20 minutes
The yard is in Willetton, which is the reason this list stops where it does. We would rather cover twelve suburbs properly than forty on a map.
For an emergency
You get a time on the phone rather than a four-hour window, and a text if we are running behind. Typically under an hour into Bentley.
For booked work
Booked against the Canning run, so you get a morning or an afternoon rather than a day. Nothing extra for a Saturday.
The rest of the Canning run
A plumber for Bentley, at any hour
15 to 20 minutes. You get the price before anything comes out of the van, and the same plumber stays on the job until it is done.
