Ring anyway. We would rather tell you honestly that somebody closer will get there faster.
We will often still come
Particularly for gas work, which fewer plumbers are licensed for. A few kilometres past the boundary is a conversation, not a refusal.
And sometimes we will not
If you are north of the river at midnight, somebody closer will be there in a third of the time. Saying so costs us a job and saves you two hours of water.
